HR Executive
Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle – sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.

Maintain HR records and documentation, including attendance, leaves, and employee files.

Support the performance management process and help organize employee reviews.

Assist in creating and maintaining a positive work environment and team culture.

Coordinate training sessions, employee engagement activities, and HR initiatives.

Address employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.

Liaise with department heads to understand staffing needs and team dynamics.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum 1 year of experience in an HR Executive or similar role (preferably in an IT or digital company).

Strong understanding of HR best practices, and recruitment tools.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
-
Familiarity with tech and design profiles like WordPress Developers, UI/UX Designers is a plus.

Proficiency in MS Office Google docs, is preferred.
