HR Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle – sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.

  • Maintain HR records and documentation, including attendance, leaves, and employee files.

  • Support the performance management process and help organize employee reviews.

  • Assist in creating and maintaining a positive work environment and team culture.

  • Coordinate training sessions, employee engagement activities, and HR initiatives.

  • Address employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.

  • Liaise with department heads to understand staffing needs and team dynamics.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in an HR Executive or similar role (preferably in an IT or digital company).

  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, and recruitment tools.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

  • Familiarity with tech and design profiles like WordPress Developers, UI/UX Designers is a plus.

  • Proficiency in MS Office Google docs, is preferred.
