Your information

  1. We do store information related to our clients on secure, third party software.
  2. We use Password Managers to hold sensitive password information, Mailing List Software for (occasional) emails and Payment Processing Software for monthly maintenance and support payments.
  3. All the data we hold is encrypted.
  4. We do not share this data with anyone for any purpose other than that agreed upon with you, our beloved client. We certainly don’t sell your information to any snake-oil salesmen for monetary, political or selfish gain.
  5. You may request a copy of the information we hold on you and we will endeavour to provide it to you within 30 days.
  6. You may request that we delete the information we hold on you and we will do so if it does not impede our ability to provide you with a great service. If it does, and you still want your information removed, we may have to part ways. Which will make us sad.
