Your information
- We do store information related to our clients on secure, third party software.
- We use Password Managers to hold sensitive password information, Mailing List Software for (occasional) emails and Payment Processing Software for monthly maintenance and support payments.
- All the data we hold is encrypted.
- We do not share this data with anyone for any purpose other than that agreed upon with you, our beloved client. We certainly don’t sell your information to any snake-oil salesmen for monetary, political or selfish gain.
- You may request a copy of the information we hold on you and we will endeavour to provide it to you within 30 days.
- You may request that we delete the information we hold on you and we will do so if it does not impede our ability to provide you with a great service. If it does, and you still want your information removed, we may have to part ways. Which will make us sad.
